Established in 1998 we have been processing payroll for small businesses for more than 10 years. The owner of Proven Payroll Services, Inc. started processing payroll as an employee for an accounting firm in Michigan. The payroll department wasn’t as profitable as expected and was going to be cancelled so in Oct. 1998 Proven Payroll Services, Inc. was born and has been guaranteeing penalty free payroll as a family business ever since.
